I do not know if you have ever thought of asking question - who are you. At some point in your life you must think or ask question who you are or who am I ?
And the early you know this puzzle, more success and happiness he/she gets. Here is my thoughts...
Hope you are all browsing some good stuff while surfing the net or googling for many other stuff.
Good input to mind is as essential as food to overall development of body. Mind and Body must remain in healthy and complement each other.
Investing on good health for 30 min to 60min is very very essential. So for you all have been looked healthy. However, now you all are crossed the golden age limit ( 30 for male , 28 for female) or about to cross. How you had taken care of your health would come out slowly in coming days.
So watch some time to Baba Ram Dev or your favorite Guru who could motivate you to spend some time in taking care of your health.

Some personal revelation.....:
1. Complete no to non veg, from today except Egg.
2. Drinking 200 ml of milk after dinner.( by closing my nose and eye and every alternate day.) -- This is tougher than staying alone in dark in night. But I will do my best:}
3. Doing yoga, Pranayam, Meditation and exercise five days per week at least.
4. Nothing is bad or nothing bad is happening. What ever happens happens for good. After all, all is done by God and Can GOD do anything bad?
5. Spend sometime in silent like doing meditation. I say it mind disk cleaning.
6. Eating more fruits drinking more and more water.
7.......8......9......many more you can list your own flavor.
